It seems to me like his article is more about the July 20 plot than the actual operation. I would suggest restructuring the article to talk more about its original intents and history and THEN how it was subverted in the attempt to verthrow Hitler. I dislike Hitler as much as anyone else, but it seems to me that the article is a bit off topic. Plus, the text of the declaration at the end is a bit confusing. Was that the order itself? Or was it perhaps an explanatory note accompanying it? Responding a decade later to your complaints, I have restructured the article to be about the text of the operation, its original conception, and the history of its revision toward a mechanism for supporting a coup. NH8!hAB9aX0n (talk) 19:19, 12 January 2023 (UTC)

Goals
