The input database for the European Commission-sponsored POTEnCIA project,^[1]^[2]^[3] but not the source code, is apparently going to be made public at some stage. Subak Data Catalog edit

The Subak Data Catalog at data.subak.org might be a useful addition when some secondary sources become available. The catalog is based on the CKAN framework from the Open Knowledge Foundation.
