what is difference between OAI and open access? As i know the one thing is that OAI is a tool for Open Access

Past tense? edit

The tone of the article implies the organization is long-dead — are there sources to support this?

  • At least one of the discussion lists[1] listed on their official web site are still active as of June 2022.
