Wikipedians, Would you consider adding an external link to http://www.morningstar.co.uk to assist those looking to research these funds further? We cover more than 10,000 UK open-end funds. 62.190.147.3 12:33, 31 May 2007 (UTC)KristaReply

Proposed Move

edit

I'm planning to move ICVC back to OEIC because OEIC is by far the dominant usage and dominant usage is preferred over the most strictly technically correct. This will undo the opposite move that you did back in 2005. Please let me know if you agree, disagree about OEIC being the most common term or disagree for some other reason. DISAGREE - I see no advantage in the move. simonthebold (talk) 12:17, 1 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Umbrella Fund

edit

This article is incorrect when it says that a unit trust cannot be structured as an umbrella. This is permitted (at least in the UK): http://www.investinginfunds.org/facts-about-funds/what-are-investment-funds/authorised-funds.html 80.254.158.132 (talk) 14:42, 29 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
