Layman's questions:

edit

What's the longest stretch on this road between fuel depots? Information like this about all roads is quite useful. 184.144.131.18 (talk) 04:46, 10 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

But unfortunately difficult to source, as businesses change frequently. There are no gas stations between Whitney and the outfitters store near the west gate, about 68 km (42 mi). - Floydian τ ¢ 22:46, 10 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
You used to be able to get gas (I believe the store is only open seasonally) at Opeongo Lake, mainly for boats (if I recall), but one could fill up a can if it were required. Unsure if it is still possible.--kelapstick(bainuu) 05:24, 12 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Ref broken

edit

There are two refs named "km" in the article, causing an error. One is for a document dated 2004, the other 2008, but they both point to [1] which appears to be about documents to 2010. Curly Turkey 🍁 ¡gobble! 06:00, 12 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

GA review (see here for criteria)

  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose):   b (MoS):
    • " It passes through Madawaska, encountering Secondary Highway 523, then curves southeast into Renfrew County. The route enters Barry's Bay, where it turns east and encounters the southern leg of former Highway 62, where a concurrency with it began prior to 1998. ", you use the verb encounter in two consecutive sentences.
    • "the highway travels nearby the Bonnechere River.", change nearby to near.
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references):   b (citations to reliable sources):   c (OR):
    • The first paragraph of the Route description needs a citation.
    • Reference 15 is missing an accessdate. Also you should make the date formats consistent.
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects):   b (focused):
    • Can some more historical detail be added to the lead?
    • Do we need a photo gallery? You have photos in the prose and there is a link to Commons for readers to view additional photos.
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales):   b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:

I will put the article on hold for some fixes to be made. Dough4872 02:22, 21 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
