"One Thing Remains" refers to 1 Corinthians 13:13 ("So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love") but is also noted in several other verses that are referenced within this song. (This article seems to be fairly comprehensive: https://www.thebereantest.com/bethel-music-one-thing-remains.)
