It seems someone is removing this paragraph:

Vodafone New Zealand became infamous in New Zealand in 2000 for its Christmas party at the St James theatre in Auckland. Some of the 1,400 partygoers were outraged that a routine in the "One Night in Bangkok" party included topless Thai strippers.

There is no reason to remove it, as it is a statement of fact.

Please sign any comments you make on Talk pages. I don't think that the above information is relevant to the subject at hand. James Pole 04:01, 5 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

What is the relevance of the "Phone Numbers" section? This data will be made even less relevant with the implementation of Mobile Number Portability. jon.

Phone Numbers edit

021 02xx xxxx (11-digit pre-paid) -- I just changed it from 021 022xx ... because two of my contacts are 021 023x xxxx and 021 027x xxxx :) --Master5o1 04:21, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Seems correct as I've the same patterns in my own contact list. In summary here's the pattern's I've found as, along with the two provided by Master5o1.

  • 021 022 xxxxx (11-digits)
  • 021 023 xxxxx (yours, 11-digits)
  • 021 024 xxxxx (11-digits)
  • 021 025 xxxxx (11-digits)
  • 021 026 xxxxx (11-digits)
  • 021 027 xxxxx (yours, 11-digits)

There doesn't seem to be any numbers starting with 021 {020,021,028,029} so I assume these will be issued at 11-digits numbers in due course. James Pole (talk) 07:24, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Contradiction edit

I've put on a contradiction template, due the said market share not quite adding up. Vodafone says that they have 55% market share, and Telecom says that they have 49%. It doesn't take a mathmatical genius to realise that this adds up to 104%, and this doesn't include other companies. Laydan Mortensen (talk) 00:28, 31 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

It's probably not a contraction at all. The data was probably released at different times so obviously the data will be different. However we will need to check that both articles are in fact using the most up to date data avaliable -- or find a source that contains information about both companies and use that source on both pages instead even if it is not quite up to date. 2 Degrees edit

I have edited the part where 2 Degrees was described as having coverage in places where Vodafone doesn't. I can assure you this is not the case. I have worked on both networks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 101.161.235.187 (talk) 11:05, 13 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
