[1] has: "Memphis Commerce Square Partners LLC, a group which consists of J.R. ‘Pitt’ Hyde, John Pontius, Robert Worthington, Terry Lynch, Karl Schledwitz, Gail Schledwitz, Gary Prosterman and Bo Jackson, claimed the office tower and a three-story annex building for $7.6 million in December 2010."

This article has: "Memphis Commerce Square Partners consists of J.R. ‘Pitt’ Hyde, John Pontius, Robert Worthington, Terry Lynch, Karl Schledwitz, Gail Schledwitz, Gary Prosterman and Bo Jackson. The group claimed the office tower and a smaller three-story annex building for $7.6 million"
