Inclusion of social media in external links edit
I figured it would be best to start a convo here as I really doubt anyone wants to edit war over something this small and at least this way the next time someone wants to add/remove the links to reddit and tumblr they can refer back to the talk page.
Neither of these appear to be official pages of the article's subject, I highly doubt that there is an official page for "New Zealand keeps getting left off of maps" since it isn't an individual or organisation. Greyjoy talk 14:31, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
- It is not, but these communities, particularly the Reddit one, receive widespread mention in media articles about this event. They're relevant for this article's topic, as one could call them the main place where users gather to laugh occurrence this off. Many of the cited articles state they took images from the Reddit community. There is simply no benefit in removing the links. Super Ψ Dro 14:57, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
