Lede edit

Athletics (track & field) edit

Shooting edit

  • Think the term quota place can be wikilinked to Olympic quota allocation system only on the first mention
  • "Al-Balushi made 381 points and reached her score requirement" - how about acculumated or scored instead?
  • "With his points" - points total or points score
  • "Al-Balushi scored 379 points during qualification at the 10m air pistol event." - think competition can be used instead of the word in bold for variety

Tables edit

  • Both tables should be MOS:DTT compliant and fully referenced

References edit

  • Works/agencies/publishers should ideally be wikilinked on the first mention only
    •   Comment: If you're referring to citations 1, 18 and 23, they were already there when I started expanding. I can delink them if it's a better solution. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 18:06, 14 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • Newspapers titles such as Oman Daily Observer and The Times of Man should be in the works field
    • Same issue as above. Though I fixed these instances per cite news template. Also tweaked the IAAF one per cite web template. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 18:06, 14 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
  • Reference 13 "Ready, Aim, Run" is missing the page number
  • The same reference should mention it came from Issuu
  • Reference 23 "Oman delegation gear up for Rio Olympics" is missing Times News Agency as the agency
  • The fully-capitalised surnames in References 34, 35 can be done with only the inital letter in a capital letter

Shall put the review to allow the nominator to address/query the points raised above MWright96 (talk) 11:40, 14 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

@MWright96: Did most of your list. However, I have some questions I tagged with comments. Also, I renamed the headers for the athletics table and clarified that Al-Harthi didnt race in the prelimenary round to prevent confusion. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 18:07, 14 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
@MWright96: Okay. Let me know if anything else needs to be done, especially with the athletics table and clarification of Al-Harthi not competing in prelimenary. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 21:00, 14 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
