NPOV

edit

This article is extremely biased towards the story of Olga Horak, understandably, but it's really not appropriate for wikipedia. Mstislava 06:37, 2 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

-Agreed, NPOV is definitely not present, nor even an attempt. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.68.236.67 (talk) 20:04, 18 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

This is the true story of a woman who lived through those times. Who are we to label her memories of that shamefull times as biased. None of us could even imagine the nightmare it must have been for a teenager to experience that kind of hell. Respect Olga Horak for giving us her memories and reliving the lose of her family and her youth and most of all her innocence. 86.148.86.113 (talk) 22:05, 15 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Who are you to label those times shameful? This article is based on a questionnable autobiography. There simply is no proof that these things ever happened and even if they did, an encyclopedia article is not supposed to be emotionally appealing, but neutral, consisting of hard facts that can be scrutinized and proven true. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.93.165.251 (talk) 05:11, 15 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

How can you say that there is no proof that these things happened! There are millions of pieces of evidence: photos, testimonies, remaining camps, survivors. I have met Olga and heard her story first hand. Why would she make this up? This is a genuine entry about a Holocaust survivor. Enzedbrit (talk) 01:08, 12 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
I do not doubt that these things happened to Olga - but the whole article seems like it's a summarised version of the book. Farslayer (talk) 07:52, 30 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. I have also heard her story first hand, but the point of Wikipedia is to provide information with as little bias as is possible. This article makes her sound very self-pitying in the style of WOE IS ME which is not the case at all. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.243.11.186 (talk) 13:11, 9 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
