Contested deletion

This article should not be speedy deleted as lacking sufficient context to identify its subject, because while it is a very short article, it does have sufficient context to identify the subject, specifically "Oil cloth is cloth impregnated with oil resulting an impermeable, breathable fabric." In my opinion, the subject is sufficiently notable to justify an article. - MrX 23:13, 19 January 2013 (UTC)

I came across this page wanting to know what oilcloth is, and did not get a satisfactory answer. The lead seems to be part of a History section. Yoninah (talk) 19:38, 12 October 2013 (UTC)
