Who was Ohtahara? edit

I'm assuming (from the name and medical nomenclature conventions) that he was (1) Japanese, at least by descent and (2) the researcher who first described the syndrome, but what was his full name, where was he working, and when did he do the formal description? All of this is interesting and encyclopedic information that deserves to be in the article, if it can be found. Lockesdonkey (talk) 19:55, 4 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Why is there an inheritance pattern? edit

There is no single or group of genes labelled responsible for the disease and it is equally found in girls and boys (therefore NOT x-linked recessive). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 170.223.207.6 (talk) 23:15, 28 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
