Oghul Qaimish or Oghul-Qaimish seems to be the usual transliteration in contemporary English language scholarship: see Peter Jackson, Mongols and the West, pp. 99, 115; David Morgan, The Mongols, p. 182; Igor de Rachewiltz, Papal Envoys to the Great Khans, pp. 122-3, 128, 139; James D. Ryan, "Mongol Khatuns" in Trade, Travel, and Exploration in the Middle Ages: an Encyclopedia. JSTOR has three hits for Oghul Qaimish, none for Oghul Ghaimish. I shall move the page.
