The basis for this disambiguation page is slightly out of date by just over a decade: since 2010, Ochralea Clark, 1865 has been revalidated and considered a valid genus again:

Hazmi, I.R.; Wagner, T. (2010). "Revalidation and revision of Ochralea Clark, 1865 (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Galerucinae) from the Oriental Region". Zootaxa. 2530: 47–59.

(Actually, the only catch is that it is still a junior homonym of Ochralea Chevrolat, 1836 so it really should get a replacement name; but it is being treated as valid by the experts for now, so this disambiguation page for now may be unnecessary and Ochralea Clark, 1865 should take the article title.)
