This article has a good introduction that is well-organized. The article also used reliable sources that support the topic well. In order to improve this article, more information on how workers can protect themselves from occupational heat stress could be included. The article could also include information on what employers should do when a worker is ill from the heat. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aekuzmik (talkcontribs) 14:16, 31 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

I agree with Aekuzmik- this article could benefit from prevention recommendations- how can workplaces utilize engineering, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment to prevent heat stress happening on the job? I also think it could be elaborated a bit more under the symptoms and risk factors sections- instead of just listing risk factors, could we go into more detail so that workers who may be exposed have more information to go off of? What temperatures are considered dangerous, what level of physical activity is considered a risk factor in high heat, etc? When they experience these symptoms, what is recommended? I think this would bolster the article and make it more useful for those seeking information about this topic.Joberndorfer (talk) 14:30, 31 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

The article has a good start .Some content that could be added include-The types of occupational heat stress. More information could be added to the symptoms of occupational heat stress. The risk factors section could be expanded as well.Details could be added to the international standards section. There could be a paragraph about precautions used by the workers as well as prevention measures for heat stress.--Amrita1712 (talk) 18:57, 31 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
