Oak FireOak Fire (2020) – Another fire in 2022 is called Oak Fire, bigger than this one. — Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 16:01, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Support per WP:PTOPIC. The 2022 Oak Fire has far more notability than the 2020 Oak Fire and most likely follows both primary usage and primary long-term significance. From what I can tell, the 2020 Oak Fire is only talked about by 2-3 news publications, while the 2022 Oak Fire is talked about by far more (and more notable) news publications. Support per WP:PTOPIC as well. Oak is a common place name in California and other places, we're likely to see future Oak Fires at some point that may also need distinguishing. See: River Fire (2021), River Fire (2020), River Fire (2018), River Complex Fire (2015), River Complex Fire (2020), etc. Penitentes (talk) 19:36, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Support per all preceding remarks. What more is there to say? This is a no-brainer. Anomalous+0 (talk) 20:43, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Actually, there is one more very obvious thing: Oak Fire should be a DAB page. Anomalous+0 (talk) 20:47, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
I knew that. Should have mentioned it.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 22:04, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
