I think it is better to make a distinction between official statements by politicians and of people talking in private functions like Van Tan at this stage. His contribution could later be discussed in the history section or even better a new article been created. The site was up until April 2022 which now seems to be run by a gambling company. The site was last updated in 2013. The organisation seems to have no imapct and is no more. Changeworld1984 (talk) 11:17, 19 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
