History edit
Heard about these riots from a person who lived through this. Apparently it was pretty bad at department stores. Would love to see an image go along with this article since it covers a unique period in time. Surely there must be a public domain image. --Turn685 (talk) 12:03, 11 December 2013 (UTC)
Date? edit
The USA entered World War II on 8 December 1941, not 11 February 1942. Maybe the latter date was when DuPont announced its switch to war production? This needs looking at. PhilUK (talk) 12:53, 26 December 2013 (UTC)
I've changed it, since no-one commented. PhilUK (talk) 20:27, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
Silk edit
Why was it difficult to import silk from Japan, during WWII? Could it have anything to do with the war between Japan and the USA? --Uncle Ed (talk) 13:36, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
