As shown in this diff:
- "current" is redundant in "who has been the current Minister since ...
- Restore "He was born on New Years Day in 1963 in the Southern city of Shymkent in the Kazakh SSR. He began his career at the Dmitri Mendeleev Chemical Technical College in Moscow, where he began his studies. In the spring of 1981, Yermekbayev was conscripted into the Soviet Armed Forces and enrolled in the army's military institute in the capital." - particularly the date of birth is important biographical information.
- Mark Private life as an unreferenced section.
- Replace "most notably being the co-author of the book "Kazakhstan and the countries of the world"" with "including co-author of the book Kazakhstan and the countries of the world." - correct use of italics on abook title, removes unsupported and unnecessary value judgement.

Во-первых, мы не можем полагаться на слова пользователей, даже если они действительно являются представителями организаций; во-вторых, мы не размещаем тексты, написанные организациями, даже такими уважаемыми, как министерства; в-третьих, особенно в том, что касается биографий ныне живущих людей, мы обязаны приводить информацию со ссылкой на источники (они не обязательно должны быть онлайн и не обязательно по-английски, но они должны быть достоверными, смотрите наше правило WP:RS; в-четвёртых, даже после этого статью смогут править любые пользователи, хотя, конечно, если они начнут вносить очевидно неверные или оскорбительные сведения, придётся принять меры. Пожалуйста, напишите тут, какая информация в статье Вам кажется неверной, и вы считаете, что её надо изменить, и приведите по каждому факту ссылку (лучше онлайн, но не обязательно, можно, например, на книгу), где изложена верная информация. Poorly expressed and under-referenced version edit
Храмулин Владимир Валерьевич and Красницкий Максим Анатольевич have been rewriting the article to a version that has fewer references and is mostly in a list or résumé style. The latter editor has stated that these are official edits on behalf of the Ministry of Defense. Regardless of the ministry's preference, this is a stylistically less satisfactory version in an English-language encyclopedia (I have no idea what the conventions are for an entry in a Russian-language or Kazakh-language encyclopedia, and differences from English convention may be one of the roots of the repeated changes) and we should reference as much as possible; in fact the version I have reverted to does not have enough references, and in particular the entire Personal life section is unreferenced and I have marked it as such).
