Legal System ambiguity
editThe Wikipedia article about the Nuremberg trials states that "The trial was held under modified common law."
This Wikipedia article states that the criminal procedures were closer to civil law than to common law.
In my opinion, this needs to be cleared up as it is not clear which legal system was actually the basis. Amp2001 (talk) 07:18, 2 May 2023 (UTC)
