editI'm going to move this to Nuggets: Original Artyfacts from the First Psychedelic Era, 1965-1968 and make this the redirect page, unless anyone has any specific objections? Flowerparty 21:57, 19 July 2005 (UTC)
- There is way too much here on the Rhino re-issues and way too little on the aesthetics of the original album and its impact — especially its liner notes' impact — on thinking about the history and nature of rock music and the role of garage bands. - Jmabel | Talk 01:18, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
Separate pages to distinguish between the LP and box set?
editEven though Rhino's box set includes the original LP among its four discs, shouldn't the releases be given separate entries? Without it, the page is sort of confusing — for instance, the Wikipedia infobox indicates the original LP, but the track listing includes all four discs of the box set. livefastdieold 09:22, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
Cover art
editDoes anyone know who did the cover art? It looks to me like it might possibly have been Alan Aldridge. It certainly resembles his style of artwork. -- The Anome (talk) 11:11, 28 October 2010 (UTC)
Do I have a QC reject?
editI have the original vinyl LP, and CD box-set. The LPs include mono and stereo songs. My CDs have only mono mixes. I have not heard this latter discussed anywhere. It makes me think that I somehow got some oddity. Anyone's thoughts? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.121.16.240 (talk) 07:37, 30 December 2013 (UTC)
