Changed 'New Spain' > 'Mexico.' There wasn't a New Spain in 1824. Of course, since this was a New Spanish province, a new map is rather in order. -LlywelynII (talk) 17:23, 23 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
Eight and a half years later, I'm deleting that map-- it doesn't illustrate the article at all, since the article notes that it extended well north of what's shown here, even into Texas, and included Laredo, Texas. Mandsford18:59, 9 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
