Cryo-EM edit

X-ray edit

The current article seems to suggest X-ray is not useful for nucleic acid structure determination. However, it has made a lot of important contributions.

  • More details should be given about its meaningful contribution. Even structures with a binding-protein included are important.
  • A meaningful way of comparing methods would be to get a graph of PDB structure like the one in protein structure determination (link)
  • Pretty sure that Rosalind Franklin's work on DNA double helix structure with X-ray is worth a mention here.
