I have fleshed out this article in response to (justified) criticism of its initial flimsiness. I do not believe this falls under Wikipedia:Crystal#Wikipedia_is_not_a_crystal_ball criteria for deletion, there is plenty of verifiable evidence for the Saudi nuclear energy plans, it is not in the realm of speculation but fact. Even if the plans were later aborted, the intent displayed so far represents facts of broad historical interest.Ottawakismet (talk) 17:32, 29 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
