Second paragraph mentions Plutonium but doesn't say which kind thus parroting the anti-nuclear falacy that there is only one isotope of Plutonium. Only weapons grade Pluronium (High % 239 and low % 240) will make usable weapons. Also once weapons grade is mixed with reactor grade to make fuel, there is no equipment that exists to sort it back out.
This would also apply to MOX fuel. There is no available way to make weapons grade Pluonium from it if it was made from reactor grade Plutonium.
You should be careful you artiles are not anti-nuclear.
