Merge with Haitian Presidential Election, 2015 ? edit

The Haitian Parliamentary Elections have a 2015-16 page and it seems like the Presidential Elections would be better served by such a page, no?

Also, regarding turnout: the MH reports a maximum of 21%. Doing the math based on a population of 10.4 million, I'm pretty sure this is based on registered voters, not population. SashiRolls (talk) 11:13, 1 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
