The result is perfectly plausible without there being an error. It just means that two states voted for only two states, rather than three. If fifty-two states voted for three and two for two, you wind up with fifty-four ballot papers and 160 votes cast. Sir Sputnik (talk) 20:32, 25 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
