Why no photo of it, even though it's available? edit
RQ-180 photo from CIA ops in the Philippines has long been on the net. CIA being a US federal gov't branch and taxpayer funded, the photo is fair game:

- The photo itself has to be public domain, which doesn't appear to be the case here. It is irrelevant that the plane was government funded. There is potentially a case for fair use. Schierbecker (talk) 15:23, 12 November 2023 (UTC)
