Does anyone mind me moving this page to something like Border Operations East Africa (north), 1940 and adding the other skirmishes etc?Keith-264 (talk) 14:44, 5 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Expanded the article to include all operations in Sudan and Br Somaliland during 1940, after deciding that there wasn't enough material for a page specific to Kassala.Keith-264 (talk) 15:38, 7 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Keith-264:: wouldn't this make more sense if divided in two separate pages? One about the Italian offensive in 1940 and the other about the British counteroffensive in 1941?
Not with the amount of material available and the British skirmishing after the Italians settled down at Kassala etc; Agordat deserves a separate article and the later battles in Eritrea are already there. I have in mind a similar article for the Kenyan end of the campaign for the same reason. Regards Keith-264 (talk) 20:21, 26 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
