This user User:27.147.226.224 is keep adding the same copyright issue image even after being warned several times block him as he is also have a second account called User:ForAkshan2.

User:ForAkshan2 you can not have that image because it is a copyright issue. And please stick to log in and dont have two accounts. Both of you IP editors need to discuss which image to use. That said, 1) we cannot use copyright violations or images without proper fair-use justification, 2) we can't use images with watermarks and 3) the images should be portraits, since the point of an image is to identify the subject. User:Ab207 User:Cyphoidbomb I am talking in a very polite tone & I expect the same in return. About me not using one account, I just said, I was not logged in & hence couldn't see these messages. Yes I was editing without logging in but cause I was new I was not aware that's not allowed. About the copyrighted image, trust me, this image that I am trying to update has been posted by Nishant Singh Malkani himself free to use for his fans. This was shot by flimingo production. And none of them have any objection to them being published. Yes I made a mistake that I didn't put a license but that's cause, I am new to this & don't know how or where to put license & under what license this falls. Its my humble request please let the latest available image of him be used if not this one. 109.158.70.191 Ok I understand that image from photoshoots can't be used. But we can get image his other images right, that is portrait and is not copyrighted by anyone ? Like screenshot from his lives or interviews that does not have any watermark ? And personally I think his picture from February 2020 is better one than the one in use. No you can’t. No we can’t have screenshots either. The best place for good images is here [3]. Anyways there is nothing wrong with the one that is on. Until you learn or find a good image from Bollywood hungama then this will stay. The one that is in use is 10 years old. And Nishant Malkani looks very different now & much better than that. He looks different enough that I couldn't recognize him when he entered his latest show. That's why I am asking for a latest picture. About screenshots I am not asking for random screeshots. I am asking for screenshots from his interviews that looks like the one you are suggesting. And sorry I do not know exact fact but Zayan Malik's one looks like a photoshoot. Only Bollywood hungama is the one we can use here.

Why Only Bollywood Hungama ? why not any other credible sites ? And why as people we are not having our freedom to upload his images that is owned by us ? In lives he is talking to us, if we takes screenshot, that's an image we own. Even Bollywood hungama is post pictures that are screenshots of interviews. ForAkshan2 Because of copyright those images are not by you. Have you heard of copyright. If you can’t understand that their is rules here then sorry you can’t come here and add images like that. Look in here [4] see many images of Indian pages use Bollywood hungama. ForAkshan2 There is rules here and Wikipedia is not a fan site. If you want to add any images of your own than go on another fan site not here as everything has rules to follow so sorry can’t help you in this matter more. In my advice is to leave the current image as there is nothing wrong. 109.158.70.191 I was not asking for taking screenshot from times of India but taking images from them just like how it is taken from Bollywood Hungama. Does asking to get an updated image makes a site fan site ? (dear admins & people of authority please note if rudeness or any personal attack is coming from me or not & the tone I am receiving here) please not Yes there is rules & I understand it very well ! But I do not understand the rule that only images from bollywood hungama can be published not from any other sites. As I see it written no where that the images should be only from this particular site. To clear out I am NOT advertising any other site or putting the credibility of Bollywood Hungama down. But unfortunately the image requirement being asked here can be seen fulfilled by other sites & the picture here is very old. I am not asking for the image that I uploaded be updated but any other later image. And I am asking for the other available picture to be updated since the the actor's look has changed significantly in 10 years. I repeat I am not asking for the one I uploaded be used but there is another later one taken from Bollywood humgama in Fabruary 2020. Yes there is rules here to add images because of copyright. Do you even know what copyright means go and check on google and understand. I am ending this here and the current image is fine. 109.158.70.191 If you have read properly, I said I understand now that the picture I uploaded doesn't comply the copyright requriments. "Do you even know what copyright means go and check on google and understand" A statement such as this is rude & personal. Now coming to the current image in use, I as a wikipedia viewer & reader see wrong in it ! And hence I request the other image that complies the copyright requirements be used instead. This one : Nishant_Malkani_in_2020_(cropped).jpg . If in Wikipedia no one cares about look then why is the image even there ? remove both then ? Everyone cares about fact that's why edit is open for all isn't it ? ForAkshan2 No we are not deleting that image as nothing is wrong and plus we can’t use the 2020 one either as it has watermarks on and we don’t allow that here. And I have told you time and time again we only allow certain images to come here and include the Bollywood hungama site images. We CANNOT USE ANY IMAGES FROM SITES WHICH HAS A COPYRIGHT ISSUE.
