Citations need review edit

I performed much-needed copy editing on this page, and it reads better now. However, the citations are problematic.

It seems like the page was either made by the performers themselves or a well-meaning fan who was unfamiliar with Wikipedia conventions. Almost all of the citations have a descriptive comment as their title, rather than the actual title of the article being cited. From what I can tell, this is just a simple mistake—the references really do point to articles that support what's being said. So they just need to be cleaned up, not removed. I did this with a few citations (including fixing one broken link), but I was mostly focused on copy editing.

Additionally, the original author seems to have been over-zealous in their use of citations. Some statements have three or more footnotes when they could really do with one.
