Reference # 11: Records of the Grand Historian – Chu Family Records edit

It is my understanding that Records of the Grand Historian, and even the portion on the Chu Family Records, is a very lengthy work, which has been published in many editions. Shouldn't the reference state specifically where in the records the citation is referring the reader to? It could take me years to find the story about asking the weight of the emperor's cauldrons. Please provide a specific edition, chapter, page number, etc., and ideally quote the work regarding that story in particular. I read that parable years ago, but am having trouble finding the original anywhere. It is somewhat disappointing to see that the reference refers me to a work of some 3,500 pages, which took the author 20 years to write, and which covers 3,000 years of history, without giving me any idea where in the work that one very brief story can be found. Please help me narrow it down a bit more than that. I found this complete version, but it is in Chinese, and I do not speak Chinese, or I would look for the story myself...
