Wong or Wáng?

edit

I've seen different varients on this, and was wondering if there is any official spelling out there that would clarify. --Katsuhagi 21:00, 22 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

It's Wáng on the official site and has also been written onscreen as Wang. I've always given them the benefit of the doubt on Wáng since the accent has to be there for a reason. Shiroi Hane 01:46, 23 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. I'll try to change them to Wáng for consistancy if spelled otherwise. --Katsuhagi 02:01, 23 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Nina Wáng's GEM and Meister Robe FAQ

edit

What happened to Nina Wáng's GEM and Meister Robe in the end of My-Otome, as she and Arika Yumemiya fight against each other to the death? It seems to me that Nina's dark GEM and Meister Robes are the symbols of her fear and hatred, as well as the results of her physical and psycological truama.

If so, could anyone please update her personal profiles page asap?

Thanks, bye!

It is currently unknown, but Nina was defeated and her GEM and Robe were destroyed. Nina is still alive, but supposively she retired from the Otome ranks.

Nina's My-HiME name?

edit
If my Japanese reading is correct, I'm sure the kanji of 春妹 reads Haru Imoto, not Chun Mei.

24.84.59.132 04:54, 7 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

It says somewhere (a place that escapes me at the moment) that's she Chinese, hence the Chinese reading, Chun Mei. Katsuhagi 11:12, 7 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

If Nina is the real princess...

...wouldn't her "real" name be... Mashiro Blan de Windbloom? - Sikon 08:21, 2 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Timeline

edit

The article states that after "perhaps a few years," Sergay woke up from his coma. But Nina is clearly able to leave his side during My-Otome Zwei to aid Juliet, indicating that he is capable of taking care of himself while she is away. My-Otome Zwei takes place only one year after the original My-Otome, so it could not be a few year lapse. It might be closer to a few months instead, because Nina herself has not changed significantly (aside from longer hair). the_one092001 01:01, 31 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Zwei takes place a year after the the events in the original anime, as mentioned in the opening credits. 202.171.164.19 14:58, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Neptune Trident

edit

Now, I understand that the reason this item is called a Trident is because of the obvious Neptune connection; however, if it only has 2 prongs, then it should be called a bident. This is the proper term; is it actually called a trident in the anime? If so, should this part be edited; if not, should note of the inaccuracy be made? • I don't think the Element has a canonical name. - Sikon (talk) 05:40, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
  • In that case, I'm going to correct it to "bident", and make note that while it is sort of a Neptune reference, the Bident belongs to the god Pluto. 129.21.10.77 (talk) 19:26, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
