There is a concern that there is a likely violation here of our guidelines against autobiographical editing, given User:Nexialist56's contributions to the biographical article and the fact that the subject's blog is entitled The Nexialist Blog. Particularly of concern is the overuse of http://users.ecs.soton.ac.uk/nrs/ as a source, given that it is a self-authored series of web pages, not an independent, third-party perspective.
