Who's who edit

I'm not familiar with wikipedia guidelines on this issue, but I find it strange that "who's who" is linked to the wikipedia article in the references. Is this normal? Does this fit with wikipedia guidelines? Bali88 (talk) 04:22, 17 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

It just seems like something you'd do in the article. I've never seen anything internally linked in the reference section. I couldn't find anything in wikipedia guidelines for references that addresses this so I wasn't sure how it was viewed. Also, I think we probably need an IBSN for the particular Who's who he is in and the link should go to Who's Who (UK). I'm assuming that's the one he's in.
