Updated datas: 2017 Reports and Financial Statements

Hello,

As I can't update Nexi wikipedia page due to COI, I kindly ask you to update the page by using datas on 2017 Reports and Financial Statements (https://www.nexi.it/content/dam/nexi/download/brand/bilanci/icbpi/NEXI-ENG.pdf). Every data on the current Nexi wiki page is obsolete.

Updated datas: new board of directors

Hello, We kindly ask you to update also the board of director part: Michaela Castelli has been appointed chairman instead of Franco Bernabé.

There have been quite a lot of news about Nexi in the past few days (as you can see in Italian financial media). Can we update the page even if there is COI? All informations in current Nexi wikipedia page are outdated unfortunately. Can we update the page quoting external (and internal) sources and let you revise it?

Missing merger with Nets

In November 2020 Nexi announcet its merger with Nets. The merger is ongoing and it will lead to a significant increase in size and in the geographic coverage. Heavily outdated article

According to the company website (Investor Relations Overview) this is one of the biggest European PayTech, covering 25 Countries and with Operating revenues of € 2,793 millions in 2020. The article seems not to show all this and the economic data and the key people are old or wrong
