Photo

I have reverted the article photo from the photo of the library to the one of King George Hwy. The former does not represent the Newton Town Centre. Just like the flag at Flag Chev doesn't represent Guildford Town Centre, and Toys R Us doesn't represent Whalley Town Centre. In an article on a neighbourhood, accompanying photos should illustrate the neighbourhood, which the latter does better than the former. Remember, not everyone who is reading the article lives in Newton, and is thus not familiar with the neighbourhood. Including the library photo does very little to give them an idea of what the neighbourhood is like. The library photo would be perfect for a section on the library or even an article on the library itself.--Kmsiever (talk) 15:46, 18 July 2008 (UTC)

• Thanks for your comments on my picture of Downtown Newton. I live only 12 street blocks away from it so taking the picture wasn't a problem. But parking my car certainly was. I took it on the commercial core or heart of Newton. The City of Surrey spent a good bundle of money to beautify the town centre with those nice lamp posts as you can see. Diversity
