I realize this needs to be fixed up, but there definitely should be a page for the extension listed separately because it is a separate line of the NCS.
This makes sense to merge the two pages considering the NCSE will be complete this summer and there is info about it on the NCS and NERL page, but perhaps the Cedar Street Subway page should be merged with the NCS page since neither of these pages is that long and the CSS was originally part of the NCS and no longer a separate line. Just a thought.
