Image copyright problem with Image:Tv movie christmas eve oscar legs 86th street.jpg edit

The image Image:Tv movie christmas eve oscar legs 86th street.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

Add Sorcerers Apperentice appearence edit

The 2010 film Sorcerer's Apprentice has this subway prominently featured in many scenes especially the new R160B trains (I noticed this in the film's trailer). Should we add this to the film section? trainfan01 18:30, September 7, 2010 (UTC)

Yes, by all means. ----DanTD (talk) 17:34, 10 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

List edit

This article is in list format but not named as a list. Also, how do we determine what belongs in it and what is trivia? RJFJR (talk) 15:50, 15 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

I don't see why Just Another Girl on the I.R.T. wouldn't be on this list. ----DanTD (talk) 13:35, 10 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Add Great Expectations and Godzilla film appearances edit

The penultimate scene in Great Expectations (1998 film) takes place on the platforms and in cars of the New York City subway. Also, in Godzilla (1998 film), a good proportion of the final battle with Godzilla and its progeny takes place in the subway tunnels in and around 34th St--Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Please add. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2604:2000:D440:DE00:2138:7CD5:F1B9:A3D4 (talk) 05:13, 26 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Missing media edit

The subway is also seen in Madagascar and in some episodes of The Penguins of Madagascar. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.186.6.124 (talk) 19:59, 24 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Visions Of Johanna edit

“And the all-night girls they whisper of escapades out on the “D” train” sang His Bobness in 1966. Worthy of a mention? Mr Larrington (talk) 18:51, 23 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
