- Lead: good. RD 1.2 - "with which it forms a concurrency with" - redundancy. History - "On July 16, 1999, a ban on oversize trucks was imposed on New Jersey roads not a part of the National Highway System, including Route 31, that had a significant effect on trucks following this route." - effect of what sort? Juglandle... ramp? (It could mean something else...)

- Neutral, broad, stable, images good.
