Suspect justifies improvement edit

I have noted in passing that this article is start class and will see if easy improvement rather than just a better map is possible. There appears to have been little new direct English Language research done in last two decades and much of this will be hidden behind firewalls, but I noted a 2012 article[1] that suggested this subduction zone could produce Mw8.5 or more earthquakes with resulting Tsumami risk to coasts of Pacific so area appears to have potential for real human impact.
