Updates:Misleading Intro and Low Field Magnetic Stimulation edit
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation doesn't necessitate the use of electrodes and I think this wiki should reflect this. Neurostimulation techniques are not always highly area specific (ie necessitating the use of microelectrodes. This article seems to have a strong neurology slant, but Neurostimulation is increasingly being used for psychiatric disorders (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_brain_stimulation#Major_depression)
I also think it's important to add upcoming such as Low Field Magnetic Stimulation.
