- Wikipedia is not censored. I've added a tag at the top of this talk page, including options for you to hide images if you don't want to see them. In this case it is important to view freckling of the groin area. It is theoretically possible to censor it in a way that the groin area may be seen without showing the genitals, but I'd ask Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Medicine first.
