Just a common mistake, which is quite difficult to correct. Nestor-Iskander could not be Russian, because there was not such thing as Russia in XV. He might have been either from Grand Duchy of Lithuania or from Moscow Principality. Neither the language of the Tale is Russian. It is rather old book-Slavic which is closely related to old Bulgarian and follows literature tradition of Kiev Rus' of X-XIV. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Solitudinarian (talk • contribs) 13:23, 11 November 2012 (UTC)
