"knighted twice" edit

The article claims:

Willoughby "had the unusual distinction of being knighted twice, in 1827 and 1832. On the second occasion he was invested with the insignia of a K.C.H. Knight Commander of the Hanoverian Order, a curious blunder on the part of King William IV."

Three problems with this:

  • It purports to be a direct quote, but is not cited, and the only Google result for this text is this article.
  • I don't understand what the "unusual distinction" is supposed to be. Lots of people have received more than one knighthood, as here with one or more knighthood in an order of chivalry potentially combined with a knight bachelorship.
  • I also don't understand what the "curious blunder" is supposed to be. That he was knighted twice? That the second knighthood was a KCH? Neither seem remotely problematic to me. Proteus (Talk) 17:13, 6 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
