De-facto and de-jure part of Azerbaijan edit

This place and all other places are under the control of Azerbaijan. That's why this article should be edited as part of Azerbaijan only. Republic of Artsakh should be removed from template. Additionally, name of article should be changed its official name, Aşağı Yemişcan -- Əhməd Qurbanov (talk) 09:15, 5 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
