What is Neo-Nationalism? The article is two sentences, saying "it is unique in that it reacts...", and then that it "elaborates on" something else. Now I know Neo-Nationalism reacts and elaborates, but is it anything specific? As one of the 19 Types of Nationalism, this is barely a stub. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.149.26.160 (talk) 03:54, 5 October 2013
Brazil definitely needs to be added to this list, especially with Jair Bolsonaro's recent presidential campaign. For instance, Bolsonaro has over 5 million Facebook followers, which corresponds to more than twice as many as Germany's Angela Merkel and France's Emmanuel Macron have for example.
The citation used for "Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi (assumed office in 2014) and his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have been referred to as neo nationalist" does not use "neo nationalist" term. BJP is nationalist, and so was Indian National Congress, at least it was during the time of Mahatma Gandhi and Nehru, both proponents of swadeshi.Malaiya (talk)
