Living Parameter edit
I haven't found any information on his date of birth or any conclusive evidence that says he is not alive. However, given that he was playing for this team in 1919, and assuming he had to be at least in his mid-teens (probably older) when he started playing, he would have to be at least about 105-years-old by now.
