I think Neil makes a significant contribution to both St thomas and Regina history. The original thought was to create an article on the elgin county courthouse, though a heritage site, i dont think it can act as a stand alone (maybe wrong though). However the archetect Neil indeed would be notable for the sheer number of heritage properties he designed in both st thomas and regina, any help to the development of making this article bigger and factual corrections are greatly encouraged.
